The Company reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these terms, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of access to the Site and Services and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
I. By making a booking through our Site, you represent and warrant that all information provided, including but not limited to the number of guests, arrival and departure dates, and any special requirements, is accurate and complete.
II. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation, and prices may change without prior notice. Confirmation of your reservation will be provided upon successful completion of the booking process.
I. Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in THB or USD and may exclude taxes, fees, or additional charges, which will be itemized during the booking process.
II. By completing the booking, you authorize us, including our third-party payment processors, to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges as outlined at the time of booking.
III. All payments are non-transferable and must be made in accordance with the terms specified during the booking process.
I. Specific cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and any applicable no-show fees will be provided during the booking process and included in your booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms prior to completing the booking.
II. Cancellations or modifications must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your booking confirmation. Requests that do not comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of payments made.
III. We reserve the right to update or modify our cancellation and refund policy at any time, provided that changes will not apply retroactively to existing bookings.
I. Enrollment in our loyalty program requires the submission of accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to your name, valid contact details, and any other information required during registration.
II. By enrolling, you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and guidelines associated with the loyalty program.
III. Program benefits, rewards, and associated terms are subject to change at our discretion, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or your membership at any time without prior notice.
I. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your loyalty program account credentials, including your username, password, and any other security information.
II. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your loyalty account.
III. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access results from our negligence or willful misconduct.
IV. Accrued rewards or benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be subject to expiration as specified in the program’s terms.

III. Unauthorized use of the Site’s content may result in legal action and termination of your access to the Site.

By submitting any content to the Site, including but not limited to reviews, comments, feedback, or other contributions (“User Content”), you grant Socialtel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit such content in connection with the operation, marketing, and promotion of the Site and Services.
II. You represent and warrant that:
• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, submit, or share such User Content.
• The User Content does not violate any applicable laws, infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, or contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
III. Socialtel reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at its sole discretion, without notice, if it is deemed to violate these terms or applicable laws.
IV. Socialtel shall not be liable for any misuse, modification, or unauthorized access to User Content by third parties.
V. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to Socialtel shall be considered non-confidential, and Socialtel shall be entitled to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any guarantee of accuracy or reliability.

• The Site or its servers will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
