If you’re searching for some peace after the party then you’ll love our one hour yoga session on a stand-up paddleboard. This is a great day on the water whether you’re a new or experienced yogi or paddleboarder.

Detailed Program The day starts with a transfer to one of Samui’s stunning beaches – the wind direction will determine exactly which beach you’ll be paddling from. Don’t worry if you’re new to either paddleboarding or yoga as your instructor will be certified in both and will be providing tips throughout the session.

The yoga session starts with some simple moves to find your balance on the board and stretch out those tired muscles. For those willing to challenge themselves the instructor will demonstrate more difficult poses, but be prepared to get wet.

After the yoga session there’s usually time for a paddle along the beach before wrapping up the day and enjoying the sunset. A return transfer will have you back at the hotel feeling relaxed and refreshed.

    Never was into yoga, but took the trip with my girlfriend and it’s the best time I’ve had, probably because part of the class you’re paddling around, and it was more relaxed than classes I’ve taken before.
